The Centre for Studies in Gender and Sexuality offers the Experiential Module Learning (ELM) projects to the students of Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University. The Experiential Learning Module or ELMs can be best understood as an internship that is spread over 8 months and runs alongside the academic courses of the Fellowship. These projects will contribute to the larger activities and goals of the Centre.

CSGS offered two ELM projects this year, AY 2015-16, to two teams of three Young India Fellows each. One of  the two teams is working towards the development of workshops on varying themes that the Centre can offer to students, schools, colleges, other institutions and groups of people. The other team is working on a Media and Archiving project that includes designing and launching media campaigns to nudge the society on issues related to gender and sexuality such as cross-dressing, commodification of the body, etc.
